          Présentation
                               In the heart of the hills of Artois, Sylvette and Alain will be happy to welcome you in their shelter Solaris.
                              This shelter is opened since October 2008. It is new ( equipée cooking (kitchen) and furniture.
                              Shelter not smoker, not acceipted animals.
          You will find the peace and all thecomfort necessary for a good stay in the campaign (country ) there.
                              The village of Servins is close to big cities of the region ( Lens, Lievin, Béthune, Arras, Lille)  

                               The shelter is opened since the end of September. We offer a 30 % reduction for our first tenants
                               across the Channel.   210 € the week  and  90€ the weekend. Except school holidays   

                              Adjoining Description
                              Gite in the property on a ground raised of 2000m². Indépendent entrance with car park deprived in front of the gîte.
                              Private terrace looking onto the park with garden furniture, barbecue, sunbathings (sun tops)...
              
                              In the rez of road
                              The corner (place) cooks any outing with cooktop gas, extractor fan, electric oven (roasting spit), fridge-freezer,               
                              washes dishes (crockery (12 place settings), microwaves, railling (bar) - bread-toaster, coffee maker, electric whistling
                              kettle, the corner(place) lounge (show) dining room with table and chairs.A footpath BZ (mattress 140X 190) and television.
                              Laundry with lava linen and dries linen, wall cupboard with vacuum cleaner and all the necessities for the interview of the
                              gîte.
